On the old packaging, it stated that this product contained phosphatidyl acid (12g), however it doesn't state this on the new product packaging. Why?

As this is a natural product, the colour and texture may vary from batch to batch; this does not affect the product's natural properties.

I don’t know anything about the chemical properties of lecithin.
