Brought this for my partner who was sitting the first written tests for a retained fire mans role.Purchased this one based on the reviews on amazon and they were not wrong. It was an excellent assistance and guidebook and my partner did practically read the whole thing. The practice questions were particularly useful .. And the best part is he passed :)

My son loves firefighters so this will give him all the tight information he needs

Good little book. So far I am only 36 pages in and noticed a slight error. On page 36. It says the graph is amount of deaths in town C. However the graph is for town B so the answer is completely different

Useful to get prepare to become a firefighter

Book highlights the sort of questions you will get in your exams. A must bye.

I went through the whole verbal section in 35 mins when I had an hour and got 45 out of 50 questions correct. Went to do the online assessment and struggled through the entire thing as the book didn’t relate to the exam questions. Did the maths questions which was a little better. honestly if I didn’t get this book I don’t think I would have performed any worse. No help at all.
