Shouldbuy Swimming Studying Goggles Diving Mask Snorkel Set (for Age 4-8)

The strap stopped working after the first use. It is loose and will not tighten anymore. It’s so disappointing, especially because my daughter waited to get this as a birthday gift. We can no longer return or exchange it because it is outside of the return date (we ordered early to have it on time for her birthday). Don’t buy this, it’s poor quality.

I got this for my 5 year old grandson so we could snorkel together in the creek behind his house. The valve at the bottom of the snorkel leaked like a sieve, so it sucked water. I fixed it with a blob of bubblegum (seriously), because my grandson was already keyed into the idea of a "creek adventure" so there were no Take-backs... I wasn't going to upset him by taking it away. There isn't a valve at the top of the snorkel, so water could could get in easily, if he were to go deep (which I know he won't at this point). The mask fogged constantly, no matter what I tried. Despite it all, he still thinks snorkeling is "the coolest thing ever." Next summer I will upgrade his setup. I guess you get what you pay for.

I was skeptical about the wide age range but this has an adaptable strap that fit my 4-year-old perfectly and she loves it! It's a great tool to introduce children who can swim with their head in the water to the concept of breathing just through their mouths so that they can be super snorkellers and scuba divers later in life! The valve is great and makes snorkeling so much easier than it was when I was a kid!

The packing was crappy. I purchased lotion, which is heavy and this snorkel set. This is the way I saw it when I opened box. This was a gift to my child and I can not even put it back into the original packing to give it to her. The sticker on the snorkel is uneven and makes it look cheap. The googles actually look decent. If I were you I would just go into store and purchase so u can actually see what you are getting. Very disappointed but mostly in the packaging.

We bought one last year. Our grandson loves it. He is 5 and has snorkeled since he was three. The snorkel tube broke but I'm sure that was due to being left out in the sun and it was dropped on street when it broke. The backflow works perfectly. I'm about to order two more. A new one to replace last year's and time to teach our other grandson who just turned 3. Great buy.

The goggles are not flexible and will not seal to the face. The snorkel is rigid as well and just has tape at the end rather than a cap. The kids will not use it.

With the poor design of the goggles, makes it so you cant get them to stay tight at all. You know how useful lose goggles are? Not at all. My kid is very disappointed, that the new goggles she was looking forward to are an awful waste of money. The only reason this didn't get one star, is because the snorkel seems to be working fine.

Description says Professional and fits youth and adults. If your face is the size of an average 11 year old, you're right on the verge of being too big. My 11yr old son is average size, and if his face retains water this is NOT going to fit him. It was shipped from China so I just don't want to hassle with the return. When my husband saw this he told me, "you bought the cheapest one did you?". I really wasn't trying to, but the description sounded like I was buying high quality! The snorkel is also very short, I would say this would be fine for pool use. The picture of the snorkel is looks much longer. If you're buying this for someone 10 and under, and using it for the swimming pool..this would be appropriate. Otherwise I'd pass it up.
