I floss and use Charcoal toothpaste keeping my teeth clean and healthy without all the fluoride, other additives and chemicals also made my cleaning go a lot smoother because I had less build up of tarter. My dentist said after my cleaning "Whatever you're doing keep doing it your teeth and gums are very clean and healthy" He never said that when I was using Colgate. IJS

This toothpaste healed all the pain from my upper teeth & the wisdom pain that was on & off. Great smell & taste.UPDATE: I’ve been using for a year now & it is AMAZING. Gets rid of my wisdom tooth pain & sensitivity.

If you have issues with that, then choose another product. That is why I give it 1 star (only because you have to give something;)I didn't due my due diligence and ended up throwing this away....don't be like me. Some (but not all) of these ingredients are listed at the bottom of the page.Sometimes Amazon will have Lynx Essentials charcoal polish (I did like) which does not have parbens, sorbitol or any other questionable ingredients and is made in the USA. However, not always available on Amazon (that's how I ended up with this Poluce brand)

I did see some whitening after about two weeks, but nothing drastic. Great not overwhelming mint flavor, and definitely leaves you with that clean teeth feeling.

Found to be effective in whitening and stain removing. No particularly refreshing flavor or taste. The paste is a bit stiff gluey and does not dissolve into foam fully/quickly. Reasonably priced, arrived in good pacakge and in good time.

Really like this toothpaste! You do have to use a flouride rinse afterwards because it does not have flouride. It has whitened my teeth not a lot but you can see a differnece. Will definatly buy again!
