Eye Care Black Clip-On LED Book Lightweight Light for Reading Bed Travel

I got this light to go with my Nook ebook reader. It works well and saved me a bit of cash in the grand scheme of things as I was going to buy a more expensive Nook model that came with a built in reading light. This does the trick.My only complaint is that I've found the light "on" in my backpack a couple of times - the on button having be pushed against something as the backpack contents shifted. Because of that I can say the light uses it's batteries very efficiently as a few weeks ago I discovered the light had been on in my bag for an entire weekend and it still works with near daily use.This is a solid economy book light.

This light is great, it has two different brightness settings the button is on the backside of the light. One click is the dim setting, two clicks is the bright setting and the third click is off. The only issue I had with this product is that it kinda slips off of my nook and anything else its attached to. Thats not an issue if you sit really still while reading. I think it will hold better to a nook cover also.

I got this to use with paper books, not e-books and tablet reading. I use it to read to my daughter at night, when I still dont want the room to be bright with the room light. It works great, she loves clipping this on to the book and reading under it. It's bright enough to cause no strain on eyes, and the two brightness setting is a nice add on. Definitely recommend.

When I first got the light I didn't think I would like it for my nook simple touch but that was before I got my case today. Before I got my case it wouldn't stay put. Also I tried using batteries that weren't exactly new so the light would flicker. But with the new batteries and case it fits great now. I went looking at other lights today just in case I wanted to buy a different one and most of them looked like they wouldn't fit once I got my case. So because of that I appreciate the oversized clip.

i have used alot of book light. Nook lights. and this is very friendly and easy to use. it has low power (one bulb) or high power ( two bulbs) both LED . easy button to use with thumb and finger to (pinch or squeez) with one hand. I use low power to read or light my laptop. it is light weight with 3 AAA the pinch grip is very nice so it can grab 3/4 of an inch or smaller . not sure how long the batteries will last as i just got it. any one could use one at this price. i wish i bought two. (one for the office ). con none

I didn't purchase this for reading in the dark, it's a bit too heavy. I bought it for winters in New England when we loose electricity. They illuminate a room better and are safer than multiple candles. They are battery operated so the expense is minimal and no walking around with candles or flashlights. Just clip one onto something secure in each room and turn on. They throw enough light to get around and do basic tasks. If you want to use it to read you will need an extra one.

I use this light inside my new car. I replaced the factory bulbs with UV purple ones that just aren't bright enough to search through the car at night. I clip this on the passenger visor and it works wonders! Actually brighter than factory dome lights and came be moved as I search for things. I would def rec this to anyone! I might add that if the visor is down too long on a bumpy road, the clip may slip off but since it is made for a book I say that is fair.

I haven't gotten much of a chance to use it but it works very well and I like it. Makes it much easier to read my Kindle in the dark. (I have the original Kindle that doesn't have the screen brightness adjustment)Anyways, It's just what I wanted. It does it's job.
