K-0650 Air Compressor Cylinder Ring Kit Compatible with Craftsman DeVilbiss Porter Cable, Replace K-0058 KK-4835 KK-5081

I bought this to repair air compressor , my compressor would run for long time and not fill up....Easy quick fix

All the parts needed to rebuild my 24 year old Craftsman air compressor. You tube video explained all the steps, parts fit exactly, only took about 30 minutes start to finish.

Easy to install, works as should.

Simple to swap out and fit perfectly on my 6HP 33 Gallon Craftsman compressor. Works like new again.

The rings and cylinders worked well, but as usual when buying cheap parts not everying included works...o-rings were badly wrinkled from folding, provided bolts are the wrong thread (see pictures)

The media could not be loaded. Never write reviews but this should be addressed.. I properly assembled and ran this kit for a whole two minutes and had to disassemble and inspect why it was ear piercing loud and refused to build proper pressure. Come to find out the inner cylinder isnt machined good at all and is mishapen so inaccurate inside that the piston and new ring doesnt make contact with the sidewalls until it reaches the top of the stroke which causes it to not build pressure it obsurdly loud due to the horrible clearance. Not only that the inside cylinder walls look nothing like the pictures and were so rough casted (almost like sandblast texture). That for the few minutes I ran it. It coated the rough cylinder walls with ring material showing just how imperfect the cylinder is.(see video). If you want to get your compressor back running properly stay far away from this kit!

This kit is all you need to make your compressor like new and if you have the metal Reed valves just use some 2,000 or 3000 grit wet/dry sandpapered to refresh that and you're good to go. This kit made it super easy!
