Q: has anyone ever had the magnets come out of the case before?

I've had two now and the magnets have fallen out of both after having them only a short time. The glue trick is very messy. Too little glue and they don't stay put. A bit much and it seeps out onto the case and makes a mess. Shouldn't have to be doing that in the first place. Should have been glued in by the manufacturer. When they fall out you can see there was never a trace of glue on them. The tight squeeze was expected to keep them in the slot. But it doesn't.

Q: What is the weight of the case only?

Not sure of the exact ounces, but it's light. For me it doesn't affect the total weight with the kindle and it also has a handle that offsets the weight on your wrist

Q: Can I hold it with my left hand using the strap?

I tested it out and you can hold it with your left hand using the strap BUT you won't be able to use your left hand for the page press buttons. The case was made to be held with your right hand.

Q: I have a kindle voyage purchased in april, 2016. is this the correct case? description says for kindle voyage (2014 versions).

They only made 1 model Voyage. This case fits but you should take a piece of clear tape and put it over the magnets, they will eventually come out.
