Great product.
Been using this product every week for the past several months. No problems and the garlic tastes great.

First unti we ordered did not work
Upon delivery I followed the instructions to a T and waited 192 hours for the fermentation process to be completed. When I opened the lid I discovered that the heating element never fully turned on. I boxed the unit up and returned it to Amazon and was given a prompt refund. I reordered the exact same model, set it up and this time it was obvious that the heating element was working. I still have 3 days left to see how the garlic turns out, but so far I am happy with the replacement.

Great Product For Healthy & Cost-Effective Living
So far, so good. Got this item on January 29, 2019. Didn't get to use it until after Lunar New Year. It makes great black garlic that the family lives to consume. Just remember to use freshly bought garlic. I used garlic that I already have at home (and some were growing roots?) - they didn't taste really good (bitter). Freshly bought garlic (without rooting) d doesn't taste bitter.It's fairly easy to use for someone whose never used this before.There's one thing that i would like to see better... The timing of the finished product. It takes too long to get to the end result.

Broke after 31 days
The seal failed on the 2nd time I used it, basically cooked the garlic until it was burnt, wasted 4 pounds of garlic. I can't return it , as it is 1 day after return window close ( 30 days) . Will probably replace with a different brand.

WOW Black Garlic
My first attempt was a bust. I left the garlic in for the amount of time suggested and it was hard as a rock. Ended up throwing it all away which at $6.99 a lb can be expensive. My second attempt I only let it cook for 6 days it turned out good.
