Bought this for my husband who is a truck driver so that he can warm up his food from his truck and he loves it. Says it heats up really fast too.

Excellent customer service
The item looks good and sturdy. I like it very much. Unfortunately, a wrong voltage 110V item was delivered instead of 110V/220V which is mentioned on amazon. I contacted the seller and receives a prompt response. The seller refunded the whole amount and told me that I could keep it and used it in the car. Customer service is very good.

Great buy for on the go
The portion size for a grown man to take on the job is a little small but it works just have to put some of the food together depending on what you have. Gets hot quicker than 25 minutes, my husband drives school buses so very convenient with the two cord features

Update- Product Review
This is an updated review— previously I have this product a 3 star because the container bag that comes with it broke just after 2 weeks of use.The seller reached out to me and asked how he can resolve the issue. He even sent of not only the bag, but the whole new package!Hence, I gave 5 star this time, for customer service and willingness of the seller to resolve the issue.

Don’t recommend
Not sure if I’m using it incorrect or if I’m supposed to add water in the very bottem but I used it for my lunch plugged it up for about 20-25 minutes after that I tried to eat my food and it was still cold I wouldn’t recommend it’s a waste of money
