They are different every batch but last one I received states, "best by 04/2019."

Q: How many milligrams of elemental zinc is in this?

Is says the mg on the bottle. Are you too lazy to look for it!

Q: what is the size of these tablets? are they too big to swallow?

If too big for you to swallow, they can be broken in half. I do it with my hands all the time. Then, take each half separately.
