I use these because I frequently get vertigo and sometimes it really bothers me at night. I put one patch behind my ear and one on my stomach area. It seems to work for several days. The only issue I have is that the patch behind the ear seems to get itchy and after a couple of days of my scratching it comes off. I did have a little difficulty taking the patch off the backing. I have used other patches and did not have the same difficulty so I have to say it is the way the product is made and not my fault.

Bought for my cruise but ended up using the product well before the cruise. My teenage daughter was nauseous and not feeling well. I had her place on above her navel. She was resting peacefully in no time. And my mom gets sick to her stomach quite frequently as a dialysis patient. Had her try it by placing one above her navel and it worked for her as well. My cruise is in a few days. So, I’m pretty positive we won’t have any issues.

I used this on myself and my 4 daughters. 2 of them is still dizzy. I myself feel fine for a while. My other 2 daughters feel fine. It definitely helps us not to throw up though.

I got these for an upcoming cruise, but my son and I also have car sickness and they came in very handy for our long trip. I think these will be perfect for any issues with nausea. I plan to keep in my car and purse to use as needed. I Recommend!!
