Save your money
I don't know how I got so confused while shopping that I chose to buy ONE single pound of cassava flour for $12 but apparently, I did. To add further disappointment, this brand doesn't work as well as others I've used. The same recipe that gave me light, fluffy pancakes with Otto's turned out dense and gummy with this. I'm still irritated that I spent so much on this but I guess I'm glad to know I'm not missing out with the more affordable brands.
