Great bars and very sturdy
Easy to install. Very sturdy and do not shift. Relatively quiet even at 70mph. Provided extended crossbar length beyond OEM cross bars and facilitated two kayaksRecommend

Great cross bars!
Attached them to our Subaru with Yakima brackets. Attached a roof basket and storage pod to them for a long road trip. Love the attention to detail on the cross bars with the rubber ton stip for attachments and the rubber bottom strip to help with sealing the units from rain and keeping them a bit more quiet when driving. Would highly recommend these. Good value for the cost.

Less Noise Than Round Bars
I just installed the Yakima Jetstream crossbars on my 2018 Subaru Outback. I am using these with the Yakima Skyline and the Yakima Landing Pad 15. These will primarily be used with Yakima bike carriers. I previously used Yakima round bars with a fairing to cut wind noise. I cannot take the fairing through my local car wash and got tired of removing them. After reading reviews I bought the Jetstreams. The initial installation is straightforward as with all Yakima products I have used and appear to be solid and well-made. I practiced removing the bars once installed and found the Skyline towers easy to use just as my old control towers were. Then came the test drive to answer the noise question. I drove around town and on the interstate up to 75 MPH. I was pleasantly surprised there was no more wind noise than with my factory crossbars. I have used Thule square bars and Yakima round bars for years and was never able to use them without a fairing.Perhaps wind noise may vary for different vehicles and I can only speak for the Subaru Outback. I am finally free of the fairing and recommend this quiet and sturdy roof system.

Heavy Duty and Quite
I love these rails. I assumed they would be thin aluminum with out any weight but I was surprised to see that they were thick and the right amount of heavy. They look great on my car. Only thing I didn't like was the way the plastic end caps clipped into the rails. It seems like they could come out to easy.

SHHH! QUIET! Yes, the Holy Grail (note-I have fairing too and didn't try them "naked"
Yeah, they are TOTALLY quiet on my Nissan NV WITH the same width fairing! This is SO SUPER to me-better than I had hoped! I will never go back to round bars-ever! Even with a fairing on the round bars, I guess the rear round bar still was loud. If you want super weight capacity (say for a roof top tent, get the STEEL Aero version, but this is perfect for SUP boards, they are lighter (pop top camper van limited, AND the silver grey looks smashing with the silver grey van!

Bars and seller
The bars - better made than expected. Strong (not light weight - but durable). Fit into my adaptation (not a Yakima System) as a result of the Tbar on bottom (as well as top). Drove 1000 miles with two kayaks in saddles and the system is as strong and firm upon returning as it was when departed. The 70" wide makes for lots of room without exceeding the width of the wheel wells on my pickup (Ridgeline). Noise? there is so much stuff on the bars (saddles, Kayaks, attaching devices for saddles, straps, paddles, etc) who knows what sound is coming from the bars?Looks - sharp.Seller - I bought them from NetRush. The package came quickly - in time to install for my trip - but it had obviously been re packed and there were no instructions in the box and the bars had water spots on them. It looked like they had either been sold and then returned or on demo or something., Due to timing, I reviewed the seller (selling used in place of new) and installed them and went on my trip. When I got back, I had a response from the seller - who wanted to make it right (selling used equipment wasn't their policy, they said) and the DID make it right. From a practical standpoint, the bars look the same today as if they were new out of the box. As far as I know, the functionality is the same. The seller did not have to back up their policy - but they DID. Kudos to them. I would buy from this seller again.

Work well but long for some cars
These crossbars work well. They're easy to install and are very sturdy. They don't make a lot of wind noise even at 80mph with it installed directly over a sunroof. They look pretty nice compared to some of the square or round bars. The only thing I dislike is the width. We have the shortest size mounted on a Lexus RX350 and they are wide. They hang over the doors some and I did bang my head on them once.
