Huge pill to swallow
I like the extra vitamin c boost! But these pills are huge, like really big pills ! No complain on them just takes a few gulps of water .

Good multivitamin, but big!!!
Seems to be a good multivitamin. I'm a pediatric nurse and I decided to use this my first year after I switched specialities to boost my immune system during the 2019/2020 pre-pandemic cold/flu season. It did seem to help so I still take it a few times a week. It is a pretty large "horse" pill though, I would not recommend to anyone with difficulties swallowing!
