A quality replacement battery. The Egoway A2113 battery is suitable for MacBook Pro Retina 16" 2019 model. It comes with fitting instructions and all the tools necessary for installation. I recommend wearing an anti-static wristband when working inside any computer, even if you're just replacing a battery. These wristbands are cheap and they'll prevent you from inadvertently frying any of your device's internal components with static electricity from your skin.Replacing MacBook batteries is a fiddly process even if you've done it before and know what you're doing. If you're installing a MacBook battery for the first time, it's best to watch some good online video tutorials beforehand, taking careful note of screw positions and adhesive locations. Make sure these videos show your exact model of laptop, as there are key differences between models.Seven weeks after fitting, the A2113 battery is performing well. It outperforms the factory-fitted battery that comes as standard in MacBook Pro Retinas. There has been no decline in efficiency over twenty or so charging/discharging cycles. If any noticeable drop in the battery's performance does occur over the next year, I'll revise this review accordingly. So far, five stars.

Fits. Works charges OK. Can't complain.Yep the battery does it's job.Pain to fit but it works OK.

The battery has rattled loose inside the housing.I appreciate there may actually be something wrong with the laptop, but at present, the laptop often shutdown on its own at about 40% power. It'll turn on again, and stay on, but it appears to have a life of about 5-6 hours when in constant use - screen light is set at 3/4.There are definitely problems with the laptop itself that I don't believe are as a result of the aftermarket battery, but I don't think the battery is living up to expectations. When the funds are available I will ask Apple to replace the battery, and do a systems check.

I haven't had the nerve to put this battery in after looking at a you tube video of how deep you have to delve into your MBP to get the battery out. It's quite a feat and a whole lot more complicated than the last time I swapped out a battery on a MBP about 6 years ago! You are going to need to take out the old battery, lift the mother board and unplug whole load of connectors, as well as taking out the trackpad if you want to use rubbing alcohol to loosen the adhesive on the middle battery cells. I have recently brought this laptop (MBP 16" 2019) second hand so thought a new battery might be a good idea. But having delved into the system report it has only done a 180 cycles on the battery and still running at at about 90% capacity so I can ignore it for a little while before giving myself a nervous breakdown delving under the hood...From what I gathered though from watching a YouTube video of someone who knows what they are doing the battery looks very much alike to the one they were putting in. There are adhesive strips preinstalled to stick it down and a plastic spacer to keep all the cells in the right place as you slide it in. You also get all the screwdrivers you need as well as a suction cup to lift off the back cover and some plastic ply tools to lift out the old batteries. The only thing not included is rubbing alcohol which could come in handy to loosen the old adhesive.And as always with a Mac be sure you are buying the right battery as the model number is not always the right way to confirm that its the right one and you are best going off the EMC number (which for this MBP is on the back next to the model number (starting with an A) and the serial number)

This is a great replacement battery that works exactly like the original. Be very careful when removing the old battery as they're stuck on super tight and you risk damaging the battery which can be a fire hazard. I'd recommend following a youtube guide and then use the included tools in the kit to get everything done - Take your time! Fantastic overall, would highly recommend to save yourself a lot of money!

I find this brand a good value and a good quality.Its coming well packed and its great that the instructions are very well explained.However you need to know a little bit what are you doing.The battery its a well fit and i do recommend it.

Me and my daughter were struggling to start with to replace hers, however after watching tutorials online, we were good to go, this helped build our confidence and pleased to share its a good cost effective solution that you can do yourself after researching how too and being confident, the kit itself comes with everything you need and feels good quality, it’s works, just a bit fiddly but the cost savings you be using this is worth the extra time spent on researching how too, package arrived promptly and everything inside well packed and in perfect condition, only had a short time so not sure how long it will last, all good so far,

Bought this as a replacement after laptop was not holding a charge. After install laptop has been holding a full charge, Battery life is what you would expect from a Apple battery.

The Egoway Laptop battery is a nice replacement battery at a great price. I got this as a replacement to the original battery on my MacBook Pro Retina 16" (A2141). I got this just in time because the original battery had over 1900 cycles. As a result, could no longer hold a decent charge.The battery is really easy to install with the included micro screwdrivers. There are lots of good tutorials on Youtube showing the installation process, step-by-step, but it is pretty straightforward. The battery fits nicely into place. No need to use too much force like with other batteries I tried. I was done installing it in under 10 minutes. When I booted the Macbook, the battery was correctly displayed and verified as being brand new.I've been using this battery for over two months now and it works as great as the original. Hopefully, it will last just as long. This is a great battery for my Macbook Pro and an excellent choice for anyone looking to replace theirs. Full marks from me!

J'ai installée cette batterie de remplacement pour mon MacBook Pro et je suis très satisfaite de sa qualité. Livrée avec tous les outils d'installation et la notice détaille. Mais bon honnêtement, je ne suis pas une bricoleuse, je l'ai amenée dans une petite boutique informatique en bas de chez moi pour l'installation. Ils n'ont eu aucun mal pour l'installer, ils m'ont dit que c'était une belle pièce. La compatibilité avec mon mac est totale. Depuis qu'elle est installée, je peux enfin débrancher mon mac du secteur (oui mon MacBook fonctionnait qu'étant en charge). Je peux maintenant travailler pendant des longues heures sans avoir à le brancher sur secteur. La capacité de la batterie de 8700mAh est assez élevée pour assurer une autonomie optimale, et elle est également dotée d'une protection contre les surcharges, ce qui prolonge la durée de vie de la batterie. Je recommande donc cette batterie de remplacement pour MacBook Pro :)

Dem Akku liegt umfangreichem Werkzeug für den Wechsel bei. Heißt, zusätzlich zu dem Akku besteht der Inhalt aus vier Schraubendrehern, einem antistatischen Steckersputcherwerkzeug, 2 Plastikrakel, ein paar Gummihandschuhe, ein Mikrofasertuch, ein Saugnapf und einer bebilderten Anleitung. Der Akku selbst kommt mit Schutzfolien versehen. Das mitgelieferte Werkzeug macht ein soliden Eindruck und lässt sich ohne wenn und aber auch nach dem Wechsel noch für anderes verwenden. Der Akkuwechsel ist relativ unkompliziert und lässt sich durchaus von jemandem mit ein wenig Fingergeschick machen. Wer man es sich jedoch nicht zutraut sollte man den Wechsel lieber von einem Experten durchführen lassen. Die Anleitung ist jedenfalls detailliert und erklärt jeden einzelnen Schritt. Unser Macbook läuft nun nach dem Akkuwechsel wieder wie zu Beginn.
