Beautiful, but hard to clean.
I think it’s beautiful but it’s hard to clean. Water gets trapped under the crystal so it’s hard to ensure all the soap is gone.

Beautiful but alas really fragile
I loved it for the few weeks I had it . Tried to put small ice cubes in it tonight and when I pushed on the ice to gently put in glass chamber a 1/4 of the lip just snapped off. Now it's garbage. Hefty price ticket for something like this to happen.

Superb Product
These crystals are 100% real and beautiful. The customer service was exceptional. This is a great product with the taste of the water actually changing after it's charged. It actually tastes like the water from a glacier-fed lake! I highly recommend! Thank you so much for my wonderful water bottle. :)
