Such potential wasted
Whats wrong:1. There was a white dust on the inside of the shrink wrap covering the main flap.2. The buckles and associated straps were wrapped in plastic which I thought was good. However it turned out that the brass fasteners where attached through the plastic wrap. I took 30 minutes removing the plastic. Bits and pieces of plastic are still there.3. The brass fasteners/rivets are not brass but painted and it is coming off. They looked like some sort of steel, and not stainless. THIS IS JUST WRONG.4. Some of these fasteners/rivets are showing signs of rust.5. There is no padding at the bottom of the “laptop section of the bag.6. Metal ring holding the shoulder strap stitching coming undone.7. The extra shoulder pad on the strap seems an afterthought. Its too small and totally different color to the rest of the bag. However it is the best looking piece of leather on the bag.8. I followed the care instructions and and put cooking oil on the bag to maintain it. Its now a much darker color. Pity.Whats right:1. Inexpensive.2. Care instructions provided.3. Lots of room.4. Three zip compartments in addition to main area.5. Lots of smaller pockets for other stuff.6. Quick response customer service.Disappointed with this bag. Hopefully I got the prototype bag that was sitting in the factory for the last 6 years and not intended for distribution.I did contact the manufacturer and got a response in two days. This was good. I initially hoped they would replace it, but that suggestion never came. The failing stitching was the last straw for me. It was just too much and I told them as much. Could not sacrifice damaging a $ 2,000.00 laptop for $ 60.00 bag. The bag is on its way back.

Awesome Product!!
I purchase this to use as a briefcase for transporting various laptops, the purpose for which the item is advertised, to and from work, finding all three laptops, ranging from 16.4" to just under 17" in width , fit comfortably, with at least an inch or more to spare on each side, earning this feature, advertising capacity, 5 stars. :) so happy!
