Hajar Al Aswad Bakhoor - 60 GM (2.1 oz)

I really enjoy this bakhoor. Lovely scent, not too overwhelming. The wood is highly saturated with oils, and burns nicely for a long time without becoming burnt smelling. Very relaxing fragrance. Highly recommend.Update: I HIGHLY recommend an electric bakhoor burner with adjustable heat for this bakhoor. At around 200 to 210° Fahrenheit, you can use just the smallest pinch and it will burn for hours. This allows you to stretch out the amount for even greater value. This has become one of my top 3 favorite bakhoors. I will continue to repurchase.

Unfortunately, this product is stale, used, and did not fill the container...It's old and was part of "Black Friday Sales"; a seemingly cheating company to resell used products and outdated items...Now I must return this item or keep it since the price has increased...It does not smell that great since it is so old...It would have been nice if this company was honest and especially since it comes from an Islamic country...Qur'anic Principles and the Sunnah of Prophet Muhammad (SAWS) does not allow for cheating in business dealings...This is a cheap product that is sold in Zanzibar for around $5.00...There are better products and hoped that this was one of them...UPDATE Dec. 6, 2021:After just one week from my return I receive an even worse package...You can see the pictures that it was opened and although there was a plastic covering; it can still be opened from the bottom of the box, which had no plastic on it...It does smell nice from the box and would have been a great product if it was fresh and not old...It is not suppose to clump up and should be filled to the top...How disappointing that I must wait until my next trip to the city one hour away...

Has a really nice fragrance but the wood chips where on the dry side

Arriving heavily taped and protected from Bahrain, the actual container was a bit smaller than imagined, but the fragrance is complex and exotic and lingers in my home. This Bakhoor has the consistency of pipe tobacco and is moist. A small spoonful on my charcoal burner creates a heavy, thick smoke that seeps into your wall, clothing, and your furniture, and leaves your home smelling unique. I used it for the first time 4 days ago, and today, when I came home from work, it still smelled very nice as I walked in the house. Recommend you try it!

Smells really good

Floral and spicey romatic blend. This one is previous, wet/samp and full of oils to burn. It releases a large amount of perfume in the air, so use with a light hand. I like using a small spoon, like a baby spoon.
