It’s was a great product but, it was missing a Carew when it came in and had no instructions. It’s a great product but also a little loose but what can duck tape not fix.

If hole is too small for the night vision you can easily use a drill bit to make it bigger.

It's a little hard for me to judge this device solely on it's own merits. It is meant to mount on a helmet and than it needs a J arm adapter to hold a monocular NVD. So there are several different connections going on for the whole thing to work. If the helmet connection has any play in it or the J arm has any play, it will reflect badly on the armature. This armature seems to me to be well made and sturdy enough. I would be happier if I was sure all the connections were rock hard tight. Since it is designed to be moved that isn't going to happen. I'm not disappointed with my purchase so far. I hope it .will take me some time to decide how much or how little I like MY set up. Of course I am hoping if my set up works this part will not cause me any problems.

Did not fit my helmet, not even close. Made to fit something else.
