Worth it
Got this for my son for Xmas last year and it’s still holding up. No rips nothing. He is 12. Wears it like a backpack. I’d definitely recommend it

very reliable!
Going on 2 years strong with this case! I only use it for marching band and its so much better having my sax case on my back rather my hand haha

Good looking case - Soft Material - Minimal Protection
It's a fairly well made case that's puts a little padding between your saxophone and the kicks and bumps that happen on a daily basis. It looks cool and is easy to carry. It's a replacement for the case that probably came with your saxophone originally. The price point is affordable but is also priced close to a similar type of case that has one major difference. The difference is that this case works like a shoe. You open the top cover and slip the sax in or out. It's surrounding your sax, but you can feel it in there. It could use a little more padding for protection. The top has a long zipper that is not plastic, so it should last. But when the top is open you pull it back to open, it's like a long tounge that hangs out. I mention this because if your sax and case are setting on top of something with this hanging out, you could accidentally pull it over and knock the sax out. Be aware of that hanging out. There are two other cases to consider with difference prices, of course. The case I like is a step higher in protection. It has a preshaped molded insides that hold the sax tight and surrounds it with a stiffer material. This type also includes the cases that look like small luggage. The best protection is an actual hard shell case, but they are expensive - almost 3 times as expensive as this case.Considering aesthetics, this case and the second tier cases look better then the molded hardshell case.So it's what you decide is what you want: cool looking but little protection, not so cool looking but a lot of protection or something right in-between.

Well made, much lighter and less bulky than the regular case
My 11 year old daughter is on the small side; sax and case was about 16 pounds which is a lot considering she has a backpack too. This knocked 7 pounds off the total!

So needed!
I prefer this gig bag over my leather Reunion blues because it has more padding, and the backpack style makes it much easier to carry on gigs, especially if I have to walk a long distance to the venue when parking sucks. Great bag!
