Nutritious, delicious, healthy How did you come up with the idea for this product? America is having a health crisis. Incidents of childhood obesity, type-2 diabetes and heart disease continue to rise. The numbers, if you look into them, are staggering and the costs in dollars and quality of life are immense. KNOW Foods was started to help address this health crisis. Looking at what Americans eat, we realized that a ubiquitous staple of the American diet, bread, was discretely contributing to our health problems. In general, bread is highly processed, low in nutritional value and full of carbohydrates that spike blood-glucose levels and is found at breakfast, lunch and dinner. We decided to “build a better bread.” What makes your product special? Working with a chef and a food scientist, we “reimagined” bread. We eliminated the main ingredient, grain-based flour, and replaced it with nutrient packed healthy foods. Through “bread reimagined,” we were able to create KNOW Better Bread - a delicious, wholesome, nutritious alternative to bread - one with no grains, no GMOs, no dairy, no soy, no artificial ingredients and no unnecessary fillers. These were pretty tasty. I enjoyed them. They are very small tho. They'd make a nice snack but I'd need like 2-3 for breakfast - too pricey for that.I wish they had their nutrition chart on here, I've attached it.

All ingredients are not labeled on this product page. I thought they were FODMAP friendly but they aren't because the have apple purée. The ingredients on the front image are NOT the full ingredient list. Further, they're not mini muffins, they're tiny muffins. Eight would be the equivalent of maybe two muffins - for $10. Not worth the price for deceitful packaging.

You definitely KNOW that it's health food
They're good... they're definitely not a regular muffin lol but they're good. Very dense and filling, just a touch of sweetness. You really only need 2 to feel satisfied for hours. If you've never had almond flour before these might throw you off a bit texture wise. I do like that there's an option to buy something like this though as opposed to having to spend every sunday prepping healthy breakfasts for the week.

These were fantastic. I have seen this brand around but never tried them. They were great just popped into the microwave for 30 seconds heated up! Highly recommend!

Second bag was fine, but good lord these are not appetizing at ...
First bag arrived moldy, but it had been raining out, so I ordered another bag to give it another chance. Second bag was fine, but good lord these are not appetizing at all. Tasteless, barely even a little sweetness, and super dense.

Received a bad batch and unable to contact seller
I order these muffins on a weekly basis and usually they are delicious and perfect. My most recent two batches that I ordered together were extremely hard and completely inedible. Of course I’m unable to return food and can’t seem to contact the seller through Amazon; so here I sit with $20 wasted and a terrible batch of muffins. Not happy.
