I have been suffering from sciatica for three weeks! My first improvement came the day after using the sciatica heat pad followed by these wonderful cold packs! These are the perfect size to nearly reach my pain, from my buttocks to my knee. Day two is even better and I got my first good night’s sleep last night. I am now using them for what little pain remains. I love these packs! One side gives intense cold, but flip it over and the soft side insulates for a less intense cold.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:This is a great way to apply ice to various injuries on your body and not worry about the ice moving while you move. The strap stays in place, keeping the ice in place. Even if you are not injured currently, this is something that would be great to have in your freezer for when that time comes!

This has come in handy for so many aches and pains. I originally bought it for my shoulder but I’ve used it for a rib injury and used it for my back and knee. I really enjoy the cloth on the one side. I wish it was on both sides but I just put a towel on the other side and hang it over from the back. This has been a great purchase.

Item is good for the value, but only stayed cold for about 2 hours. One side is a vinyl material and very cold, while the other side is a softer material, which does not transfer the temperature nearly as quickly. The straps are also very good quality, and allow the user to choose which side they want facing them versus facing out.

This is a fabulous ice pack!It covered my whole lower back, stayed cold for a long time, is well made, has a good weight to it so not to be uncomfortable, and is a pretty blur color.I would buy this product again!

Love this! It works perfectly and stays on tight. I use it for my knee. It is definitely work the money, I feel like i would still feel the ice for at least an hour after applying. Its not as flexible when it is first out of the freezer and stays cold for a while.

The ice pack is what you want and need It can stay where you want it It’s well worth it If I need another one for some odd reason I would definitely get another just like this one

Nice big icepack but my husband is a big guy, 6ft tall 345lbs & the strap is too short for a shoulder or back strap on him. I looked over the page and I'm not seeing any size for the strap. We did find a way to keep it on my husband's shoulder without the strap. The pack fit nicely on his shoulder, nice wide pack. We're going to see if we can find more Velcro to make the strap work for us.
