Best Baguette but Might Arrive Badly
We usually love these baguettes for easy GF meals. I usually buy these locally but can't always get them. I tried ordering online and, for 5 orders, it was great: The bread arrived in a box (as the only thing in the box) and was in great condition. The 6th order, the bread was completely flat. It was like, in manufacturing, Schar had used a vacuum machine to seal the bread. On top of that, it was shipped in a bag. The loaves never had a chance. Rather than toss them, we turned them into dense croutons. But with no return option and no guarantee they'll ship in a box.. there's no way to know if they'll arrive as baguettes or pancakes. And there's no recourse if they do show up damaged. I'll have to stick to buying locally when I can. I hope your luck is better and stays that way.

Great product
My son has celiac disease and we use this baguette to splurge every once in a while to make him meatball subs, garlic bread and/or cheesesteaks. They are individually sealed so you are able to open only one at a time prolonging the life. Will definitely continue to buy.

Best GF Banquettes out there!
Skeptical at first but now just love these Banquettes. Very tasty and toast nicely for sandwiches or bagels or just eating them. Keep them in my pantry all the time and they last a long time until opened, then you eat it up quickly just because it’s good.
