Years ago I bought a very expensive leather suit and the man in Barker n Stonehouse told me not to buy a leather care kit but to wash the sofa down with soap flakes ! I’ve been doing that ever since and it never fades, cracks etc etc like friends leathers have . I recently bought a vintage leather sofa and so got these soap flakes to give that a good scrub. It came up ace. I melted them in hot water first then added cooler water . Delighted with results so washed my silk blouses and cashmere jumpers by hand with these rather than the usual well known hand washing liquid . I was very pleased. I have also used them to stop the door squeaking ! Very happy.

Achieve a lovely, silky soft, Matt, raw looking finish on wood.This works perfectly, and could yield about 4l of soap finish (which is A LOT). Great value.I’ve previously used proper Castile soap for soap finish, but it’s far more expensive, and the finish doesn’t seem quite as nice as this.

This was a very welcome find because soapflakes are almost impossible to find nowadays. I use PSF for washing the microfibre dusters which I use for washing and drying my cars. I find PSF is very economical and produces a very clean and soft result. I recommend this strongly.

Was looking for the old fashioned Lux flakes which are no longer available. People online recommended these as being the nearest thing to Lux. Very pleased. They do the job just as well.

Ordered one pack then found out its cheaper to buy the three pack. 3 for the pice of two. Be aware the seller responds very slowly should you try and contact them, at least they were in my case.The product is good, exactly as we wanted.Now have enough to last us for years.
