I have been having a lot of back issues and had come home from the chiropractor and got this device out and laid across it. As soon as I laid down over it my back instantly popped several times. I suffer with back issues so I will be using this often.

Love it but easy to get use to just laying down slow on it so I have to line up the spots in my back and fall back on it plus using a harder surface to lay on works better than laying it on bed and laying back on use floor or if unable to get up from floora coffee table works great and also when used with capzaton or ice hot to relax your muscle works wonders

Item started cracking from being too fragile for something you lay your back on after only about 5 uses.

This is my first time using one of these, so I have nothing to compare it to. The size seems good and I like that it's adjustable.It adjusts the curve easily by twisting the bar in the back. It has a cushion strip that goes down the center of the front, which you are to insert each end into the slots to hold it in place. On one hand this is nice, so should it wear out maybe you can buy a replacement cushion, but on the other hand I feel like an adhesive of some sort to hold it in place from the factory might be better.It comes with an inflatable pillow, which is actually great because using this without the pillow is a little uncomfortable for a first timer. The pillow supports my neck and allows me to get a better stretch more comfortably.The foot massager is nice, but it's also nice to use on my neck and legs. It really does feel good and did get the knot worked out of my neck.I love that it comes with a bag to store everything and keep it organized. It also comes with a strap so you can use it upright on the back of a chair while sitting.I felt that it gives me a really good stretch using it for ten minutes. I'll continue to use it daily to see if I notice any changes in my back and hips.

Better design than the typical ones with gradual and fine tuning capability of the curvature. Many extra useful gadgets that come with it make it a bargain. I own the other designs with 3 or 4 step adjustments. They all work but I like this design better…
