Attached a strip of wool to the inner heel of a pair of athletic shoes that my heels slipped up and down in. Attached with gorilla spray adhesive. So far it has stayed in place and saved my heel from blisters. It's January 14th and still working like new.

Excellent quality. Certainly helps btwn. toes for blisters & a healthy choice for using as earplugs at night when you've a chainsaw-snoring spouse.

It's the ultimate in toe protection. I used it in my "toe shoes" as a ballerina decades ago. And now, it's a bunion protector.🤣

I use it for my pre dislocated 3rd toe.. I like the softness, it takes a certain pressure point away. My 3rd toe is so painful. I wrap my toe up in it, slip on my sock and shoe.. and it helps a little. The stuff definitely adheres to your sock after a day of wearing, so you have to throw away what you’ve worn for the day- so it’s not reusable.. but I think it’s totally worth a try depending what you need it for👍🏻
