Great value product, recommend for "walking and smoking" gloves
These are excellent gloves for smokers, I'm visiting Minneapolis for the moment and I keep these in my jacket when I go out to walk my dog. I can tell you they work great for cool to cold weather, optimally 30 F or above, below that and especially in windy weather they don't keep your fingers warm. They don't seem to be water-resistant at all, but they are comfortable and the zipper keeps them in place, and I like having the grippy texture on my palms. As for touch screen compatibility, I've had no issues with Apple or Android devices, including smartwatches, so full marks there, and they put that material on three fingers on each hand, so you can easily do all standard touchscreen gestures without taking off your gloves! Lastly, the main thing I was looking for in a glove was one thin enough to hold a cigarette but still relatively warm, I find plush gloves are bulky and prone to burning. These show no sign of burning or melting from momentary contact with hot ash, so I highly doubt they're fireproof, but they at least seem fire-resistant. The main thing is the price point; will they last long enough to be worthwhile? They're well-made of quality material, and my only complaint is that they're not more water-resistant, I believe a Goretex or similar coating would make these a perfect all-around Spring/Fall glove that should last a few years of regular use.

Better than Expected!
I bought a pair of the gloves for me and my wife. Seeing these gloves were only around &$12 dollars I didn't have the highest of expectations but both pairs of gloves far surpassed our expectations. They are extremely sharp looking and fashionable. They have been perfect to wear even when going into the office for work. They go with dress up clothes or dress down days. We even forgot our outside winter gloves when going sledding and resorted to wearing these and we didn't have any issues at all. Our hands remained warm and dry the whole time even after being out in the snow for a couple of hours. I would highly recommend these gloves!

Pretty nice for the price
I grabbed these to have a nice pair of fall gloves in the Midwest. I definitely wouldn't wear them below freezing, but I wasn't expecting that when I ordered and they'll certainly work for the brisk fall days. I'll probably also use them in the car over winter as the thinner material (compared to winter gloves or mittens) allows for a lot more fine motor control with the steering wheel and/or radio. The fingertips do allow for phone usage (although, I still need to get used to having something between my fingers and the screen) even with a screen protector from an Otter Box Defender. The grip material on the palms and fingers works fine if you have reasonable expectations -- they're not weightlifting gloves. It's worth noting that the pictured version wasn't exactly what was delivered -- my pair also has this touchscreen material on the middle finger. It also has a "WINDS GLOVES" and "PRODIGEN" label in red instead of the pictured "WIND STOPPER" and "DLGDX". The stitching on these is odd and shoddy, but I'm not going to complain too much about the discrepancy as it's strictly cosmetic so far.Quality seems fine, but I'm not going to bank on them lasting more than 2-3 seasons simply because of the low price and the relatively minor (cosmetic) stitching goofs I noticed on the labels. These could definitely surprise me and last longer though, who knows.Fit is a little on the tight side, but I knew that going in. I'm slightly above the X-large size when I measured, so that was a risk I was willing to take. Use an actual soft tape measure and follow the chart -- don't "assume" and you'll probably be fine. They are meant to be snug, and the wrist zipper makes it easy to tighten them for wearing or loosen them for removing.I'll try to remember to post an update after this first fall/winter season. For now, I'm happy with my purchase and the price is on point for the quality. Simply giving 4 stars instead of 5 stars because of minor cosmetic stitching issues and the slight variations from the pictured product.

Excellent gloves great for cellphone and outdoor use
The fabric used for the palm side of the gloves is well selected to maximize the friction and the fabric is changed on the fingertip which helps in using the phone screen conveniently. The small clip to hold the two glove pair together is a well-thought arrangement as this minimizes the chances of losing the pair.Form Follows Function is well followed and felt. The design and fabric used are comfortable as the grip with the fingers are maintained plus the chain at the wrist gives an added advantage for a firm and an intact grip. The fabric used on the palm side is flexible for the easy movement. The selection of the material is water resistant which is good, keeping the utility of the product in mind and the black color absorbs heat which helps in keeping the body temperature warm.Extra seem is stitched for all the fingers of the glove, so that the width of the finger could be accommodated inside the glove easily. The glove follows the ergonomic design in accordance with the human hand.

Nice gloves - fit secure when zippered
Nice gloves - fit secure when zippered, however, the stitching of the right hand zipper is coming out after a few weeks of infrequent usage. I'll give to my mom to sew back together. I also don't like the little rubbery attached logo thing on each glove as it's somewhat gaudy. Besides that they look and feel good and the pads work fine with my iPhone.

Good in light rain with excellent dexterity
As others have mentioned in serious cold rain the won't stay very dry as they are made of wetsuit neoprene. I'm a tree guy and the highs have been in the 30s low 40s and I need something to trim trees in and stay warm. For the price they are a great value. I have been surprised at how abrasion resistant these gloves are, not something I expected, grip is very good and I love not taking them off for my phone. I have a different pair with thinsulate, not as svelte but far more waterproof and warm. If dexterity is important these are a great cold weather activity glove. I will buy them again.
