UPDATE: I received an email from the seller clarifying that the product is indeed certified organic and offered proof. The seeds have started sprouting. Can't wait to see if the kitty will eat it!Initial review: I think this product description is a little misleading. The seller calls it organic, but it is not "certified organic", which is what I intended to purchase. No where on the packaging is it labeled organic. The soil discs are not made in the US. The seed packages are very generic without a lot of details. If the seller can clarify, I'd be happy to change my rating. The product is easy to use. I just planted and will see how they grow. ( I decided to keep the product as it was relatively inexpensive. I am too lazy to return it. And I don't even know if my cat will eat it.)

The instructions were clear and easy to follow and the seeds produced delicious sunflower microgreens in the advertised time. It was fun to watch them grow, and I then added them to everything: salad, sandwiches, soup, on top of other random dishes.

I put the coco coir in a small box as a planter container with a tray under, and it worked well. I used 2 packets. I experimented by soaking 1 pack of seeds, and planting the other right from the packet. The one I planted right from the packet, grew better.

I love these microgreens so much! They are so easy to grow and are usually ready for harvest in about 10 days. I just water them a little every day and keep the container by a window and that is all I have to do. I keep them in a closed container in the refrigerator and eat them with everything. After harvesting I go ahead and plant more so I have a constant supply. Thank you for such a brilliant idea!!

White box - kit - was small compared to picture in the order.Box said: tray included - no tray was included.So we bought 4 white and green trays with covers.Trying it out on one tray so far - we shall see .....

Wonderful product! Everything works and grows just as advertised. Great customer service! I enjoyed harvesting my pea shoots and zesty mix for salads and other recipes I am experimenting with. See photos. I purchased multiple trays to rotate and have plenty to harvest as needed. I also enjoyed the subscription option to receive supplies and seeds on a regular basis. I love growing this. I use it occasionally in salads and also as extra greens for my guinea pigs. They love it.I recommend not bumping into it when the seeds are just starting to grow. (clumsy me) My jostling didn't do the emerging grass any favors.I now have 3 of the acrylic planters and continuously cycle wheat grass through two while trying other items such as the Microgreen stem radish in the third.
