This is my second purchase from Que bottles. I ordered a small one vegorr in a light color. The coffee does stain the color easily which is why I'm trying the darkest one. Hands down this is the BEST bottle for keeping coffee HOT - not just w a rm - all day. I'm hooked.

Very disappointed with this product. I ordered 2 and both had cracked lids. Sent back.

I really wanted to love this bottle, but the cracked cap was just too much. I got this a few years ago bottle cap cracked within two weeks of having it. I don’t take it out anywhere because I’m afraid it’s gonna leak!

I didn't buy the bottle on Amazon, but I wish I did- that way I would've seen the reviews! The lid cracked within two days of use, and over the next couple of months of (gentle) use it got even more damaged. I wrote to Que, who wanted me to take it back to the retailer (I bought it at an airport!), and said that retailers were instructed to accept defective products, but replacement will depend of the retailers own policies! What a joke! Alternatively, they can send me a replacement for $10. Oh and the customer care also said that their products were meant to last long if 'cared for properly', implying that it is my mistake that the lid broke. Very disappointed with this company- so sad!

I own two of these bottles and they are great. The design of the bottle is fantastic. The diameter of the middle is smaller for an easier grip. The coating has a "Soft touch" and feels great. The inner ceramic goes all the way to the top so you don't smell metal when your nose is against the rim when you drink. And the rubber feet on the bottom allows you to place the bottle down without worry of damaging the table, the paint on the bottle, and most importantly, without a loud metal clang sound.This really is the greatest insulated bottle i've owned. HOWEVER, it's cap is it's greatest flaw.The bamboo cap is nice and smooth at first, however it does crack. It's just the top bamboo part that cracks, the inner plastic cap is fine and still can screw onto the bottle just fine without leaks.The bamboo on top of the cap cracks or may even get black mold if water gets into a crack and doesn't dry. But, a guaranteed way of damaging your cap is to fill your bottle with hot water. The heat from the water heats the metal center of the cap which then starts transferring the heat to the bamboo. You can see in my images that the bamboo starts drying out as kind of a circle around the center.I've have two of these bottles and both caps have cracked within about 10-15 uses of the bottle.If Que produced a cap with the same quality as their bottle, this would be my go to gift for all my friends/family/coworkers.

The design and quality is great with this mug. There is one flaw though, after awhile the lid always cracks. The first one was replace by Que no questions asked. Then the second one crack so I just didn’t bother with it. It still works fine. Just so you know I never did anything but hand wash the mug.
