Don't worry about the ebook, seriously guys. It's 42 pages and the first 38 are rambling about the anatomy, philosophy and history of beards including a foreword that lets us know that beards are "our last hope to not be mistaken for girls in this world of women's rights", so uh....ok? The guide itself at the end is the same pictures as the product image itself, albeit larger. The only thing I wasn't sure on was the "3 squares" guide marks and the instructions didn't really explain it that much better for me, aside from giving me the impression that I line it up with my ear, but it's pretty idiot proof otherwise and I think I can handle it.It's a good product, it's sturdy and straightforward and while there are multiple identical looking products around right now, they all seem to be about the same price ($11-12 as of today) I say why not this one, I got it quickly and it was packaged well. I have a feeling that the ebook is mainly to give this a personal touch and differentiate it from all those others but c'mon dudes, a small card would have been appreciated a million times over by all of us instead of an unwieldy 8.5x11 PDF full of nonsense that, at best, we have to fiddle with on our phone if we want to consult it in the bathroom.**If you're still concerned about the ebook just search your email for "soho", it comes as part of a "thank you for ordering" email that is totally separate (and comes at a different time) from the usual Amazon emails.

It is so confusing and I think, will take some time getting used to and this is not for everybody. Hard to shave along the desired edge while holding it also It doen't fit very well for my face but it is O.K. The plastic is clear and good quality. Customer service was perfect. Seller sent me instructions through email after purchase

I had to downgrade from 5 to 3 stars. The beard tool was great while I had it. I'm downgrading the rating because it's made from a very brittle plastic. I dropped it this morning by accident and it broke in two. If you get it, just make sure your hands are dry and don't let it slip.**** upgraded back to 5 stars. They sent me a new one. Excellent customer service.

It works just as described. With is was a little larger. In the pictures it goes from the top of the guys ear to his mouth. He must have a very small head.

I'm a little disappointed that the grooming guide is a download. I was hoping to get a cool little booklet to stick in the stock w the beard tool. I'm sure the product will be good. Just wish I had clicked on the description to know the guide was a download.

Great product use it the first day with no problem. It took a few mins to figure out the mechanics, but quickly got the hang of it.

I love this thing I always had issues with shaping up my beard and this bad boy does wonders.

This is a great product, I got it for my fiancé to help him keep his beard lines a little neater. He has already used it a couple times and really likes how easy it is to keep his beard lines smooth with it. It is sturdy and seems like it is made to last. He will defibitley be using it to keep his beard in top form!!
