Nice and bright, adjustable lighting with dimming knobWorth the money, good price!!

First I would like to say is, I have been growing tropical plants indoors for over 5 years and use a HLG Diablo which is the best grow light IMO. This light is 1/5 the price and as far as PAR reading, at 18" from canopy, this light holds it own. I am getting high 900s plus PAR at full strength towards the center in a 4x4 tent. You would need 2 of these lights to get close to equal coverage in a 4x4 if you wanted to grow cannabis. For tropical fruit trees, 1 of these lights is going to do the job. In 2x2 or even a 3x3 tent, one of these lights would be great for cannabis. If you're on the fence about buying this light, just do it....you won't be disappointed. Excellent light even if it was twice the money. I also have owned the smaller light (SH2000) for a few years for seedlings and it performs extremely well. The build quality is excellent, efficiency is right on par with more expensive lights, no pun intended.. Sayhon is the real deal! At first, I didn't get it, but then someone from the Sayhon company explained to me how to use the IR\UV light. The supplemental IR/UR lights are to be used for the seedling stage (to promote healthy roots, and resistance to seedling diseases) and the flowering stage (for higher yields). Ultimately, everyone will have their own preference as to how to utilize the IR/UV lights and there really isn't any wrong way. I'd just like to say, that even without them, the main lights are more than efficient for my plants in my 2x4 tent, and they are all really thriving like crazy. I currently have the light at the highest setting of 100% as I am in mid vegetation, and the light feels more warm than hot (when I place my hand on top of the light to see the amount of heat that comes from it (and it's not hot at all), and they are definitely bright enough. I also like how the dimmer knob can actually turn the light off and on. With this grow light, my tent is at its best set up that I've had so far. I'd definitely recommend them. This Sayhon company is serious and really cares about customer satisfaction, too. The representative that I was in contact with realized that I was a bit frustrated by not understanding how to use the supplement lights and after thoroughly explaining it to me, he even sent me a major bonus item for my tent set up, at no charge. I am glad that I decided on this grow light. I'll definitely continue to look into this company's products because of it.

Seems to be working well. For some strange reason it has a supplement bar that seems to activate the UV and IR lights separately from the regular lights. Nice long plugin cord.

Very nice light. Very quite, nice and bright. I start all my seeds in the house before moving them to the greenhouse. ( Saves on heating oil ) After two sets of leaves or April 1st. There abouts. I move them out to the greenhouse. Very happy with this light.

My lights went out mid grow and I found these ones to replace them. My plant growth didn't suffer at all. The color options of the lights is great and we used an alexa plug as a timer. These are perfect size for a 4x4 and great value without a built in timer.

This grow light is pure quality, no flarings, external fluff, just pure light and heat-sink.Since i was dismayed at not being able to find the actual dimensions of the lightsHere they are from the manual:SH1200= 9.1x8.9"SH2000= 17x8.9"SH4000= 28.7x8.9

Bought this light because it has UV to help coax out the colors at a much lower price point than others. I needn't have worried, as it definitely holds its own and has performed amazingly. I love that the supplement bar can be manually turned on and off. I also have the SH1200, and it outperformed my Spider Farmer SF1000. The SH2000 pulls 205+ watts from the plug. The pictures can speak for themselves, and this plant still has a couple weeks of bulking left to do. Great light at a bargain price!
