Q: Does it come with a mic? If so, is it any good?

On-board mic on my headset (just received yesterday) is unacceptably bad; completely muffled. My clients and coworkers could not even understand any of my words. Maybe I got a dud pair, I dunno, but I am very unhappy with this aspect.

Q: Is there a lot of sound leakage? I want to buy to wear in the car on a road trip and don’t want people next to me to hear what I’m listening to
