I was surprised on how well this product actually worked. After trying many ez-out bits only to break them every time, I was pretty skeptical about these actually working. They worked very well, but you do have to drill into the center of the bolt/screw for them to work. I did not pre-drill the hole, these cut their own hole just fine, which was also surprising to me considering how in-expensive these were. My only complaint is the smallest one is about 1/4", so it doesn't work on smaller bolts.

Crap avoid this junk

I am not sure if it was my drill or the screw I was trying to extract but it did not work. I actually wound up simply using my drill and a screw bit and working in reverse was able to successfully extract the screw.

Would not work, the edges were smooth so I don’t see how they would grip into the screw.

Did not work properly. The screw is now a metal hole that cant be removed.

I used it a first time with a need and it did not work for me, I do not know, maybe next time.
