Calm & Clear 60 vcaps

My husband and I have tried so many different 'stress relieving' or 'mind focus' pills. While the others do ok, we are always blown away with how well Calm and Clear works. I really don't know the science behind why, but it is our go-to herbal blend when we are feeling stressed or if we need help with centering our minds on certain tasks.My husband has OCD and adult ADD which he has been successfully handling over the years without medication. However, he has always had little outbursts of anger or frustration when he gets overwhelmed that really just annoy him, people around him when they can't help and the outbursts pretty much hinder the progress of his day.I am so thankful he found these. It has helped him relax, run his business better, learn music and play his guitar better, and talk through his emotions SO MUCH BETTER.For me it helps me focus on my job, finish a task fully without getting too sidetracked, and if I run into a situation where it might have ticked me off I can sense the anger just roll right off my back and process situations more mindfully.The really nice thing about these is that, as far as I can tell, we haven't had to take them for ages before they work. I can honestly say that they work for us within an hour of taking them. It's nuts.100% recommend but I know that things don't always work the same for everyone.
