I had the other version 'plus' which had the noise canceling feature. My son decided he liked them and I had to order myself some replacements. I didn't pay attention and got these instead of the plus. Having had experience of both, I find that these are not hugely different. It has all the same features and great sound. The only difference I could tell was that if traffic is roaringly buisy you are more aware of it. That said I didn't increase the volume as it was still audible and enjoyable. I also noticed that when someone called my name to get my attention I was vaguely aware of it, whereas the plus version I was oblivious to the point that when they then got fed up and tapped me I would jump out of my skin.The EQ sound test setting is such a good feature as our hearing changes as we age. When my son tried mine he didn't like how it sounded. When I tried his I couldn't here some of the parts I could here in my own settings such as mid range instruments.I haven't got them wet and don't intend to but they are said to be splash proof, so I have confidence using them in the gym when I sweat or out in the rain with my coat hood up.These are very bulky in my small ears. However they stay in place. I was okay with the size buds that were pre installed. The best way to put them in is to insert and twist upwards. Very happy with them and now can't justify paying so much more for the plus version unless the noise canceling was a vital feature I needed.

The best thing about those earbuds is sound quality. It is very good. With some tweaks and enhancers you can get a decent base and crisp sound with good noise blocking. But anything else is just VERY miserable and not worth it. Firstly - this is my second pair, as the first one died after 6 months1) Connectivity issues - frequently one of the buds just won't connect, for no particular reason. By sometimes I mean 50% of the time. I tried everything and it happens in both pairs constantly. So you have to put them back in the case and try again. I have my pair of old Galaxy Buds and I never had this issue . It happens on my Samsung and on my Mac so it is definitely buds issue.2) Not very comfortable - especially for the gym, they are bulky and wobbly, also I wouldn't trust them reacting with sweat or water despite being advertised as a water resistant.3) Battery life - it seems to be ok for the first few weeks and then it goes down the hill rapidly. I can notice it with my second pair already after few weeks.4) CUSTOMER SERVICE - it is absolutely TERRIBLE like other reviewers say. No offence to bots but Is there a single human being there? I waited over a month for the broken pair to be replaced with no follow ups whatsoever. Finally after multiple chases I received a new pair and got charged for it! Month after (plus delivery fee). Amazon issued a refund but still it really annoyed me few days before my pay day.5) Sennheiser App - is so rubbish and buggy. You have to keep it on all the time for it to work and even then I think equalizer stops. Plus , it has constant updates which is very annoying.

Easy to set up as long as you remember to remove the plastic covering from the charging terminals.. sound is adequate but not great.. not very comfortable but again not bad.. all round an ok package at this price point.. anyone looking for super quality sound may want to spend a bit more..

These sennheiser headphones are great for music, I have include some pictures of equaliser settings (sennheiser app), peak range and general look. If you have an android w dolby atmos, go normal equaliser on phone and put your atmos on voice, also use one of the equalisers from the app or make your own. The bass is on a whole other levels considering the volume and high notes.Once fully setup listen to:Buunshin - not everything is your fault (close your eyes and just listen, phenomenal sound)Cons - bad for phone calls (noise cancelling is just added, great in quiet places)Button/touch system is great and can be customised in the app, put in and twist back (check info in box)Warning: make sure to warm up headphone drivers before going 70%+ volume. Warm up is around 40 hours but I could go up to 80% after 20 hours, just left them on overnight and connected to the.v and went to work.

Very happy,download the app and adjust! For Hip Hop/Rap put the bass up to 1 and treble to 4! HahaGood solid product. No complaints

Easy to operate. Comfortable to wear. Great sound quality in my opinion. And Great value for money.

Honestly for the price and brand, awful product. Sound quality sounded like 16£ earphones and audio was so quiet. I used the app to get better audio. Was rubbish, very disappointed. Returning.
