The media could not be loaded. This is a great product! The touch sensor covers the entire base of the lamp, so no more feeling around in the dark for a switch. There are three different brightness levels which you cycle through in succession just by tapping anywhere on the base (I tried to capture this in my video, but my camera didn't want to cooperate (it kept compensating for each light level 🤦) - but you get the general idea.The gold parts of the lamp are metal, brass I think, and the shade is plastic lined paper. I think it looks pretty good. There are clear instructions on how to assemble and operate the lamp, and it comes with a bulb included.The two USB sockets are handy for plugging in phones or other devices that you want to charge overnight but also keep close to you.Overall I'm very pleased with it and would recommend.

Works well with the included bulb (touch dimmable in 3 stages), shade is compact and nice enough. The top surface of the base is black not metallic finish for some reason, which I found unattractive to look at but I suppose it means less glare. USB charger seems to work OK, 1.4A for my tablet. Good value and convenient

Very stylish lamps with really useful brightness settings. The touch control works well and the usb ports are a great addition if you need to leave your phone charging over night. I've bought two of these and they turned out to be way better than I'd expected. I've only had them a few days so I can't comment on performance over time but I don't see why this would be an issue. A very good product at an affordable price that I highly recommend.

Nice looking table lamp. 2 USB ports. I purchased so that I could charge phone overnight. I tried various charging leads and none would work in either USB port. The chargers do work elsewhere. The kind sellers have sent me a replacement lamp which I am pleased to say is functioning well. USB ports all okay. Very efficient service from the sellers and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

I bought two of these lamps to use as a matching pair of bedside lamps and I love them. They look stylish and minimalistic and would go with most types of decor. The lampshade has a seam in it , but when you are assembling the lamp (which is very easy to do), you can position the seam at the back of the lamp, so that it is out of view.These are for use in my guest bedroom, where touch base lamps are particularly useful, as it makes it much easier for visitors to turn on the lamp without having to try and work out where the switch is. The USB ports are a real bonus, particularly if you are short of plug sockets close to the bed. The lamp doesn't have to be illuminated for the ports to work.They are great value for money and look like they would have cost a lot more.

I've had mine for three years now and it's still going strong - touch to brighten/dim function is still working well, and I've only had to replace the bulb. Surprisingly good quality.

Whilst it operated fine for the first 9 months, earlier this year it developed a very mild electrical current when touched. At first I thought nothing of this, but I noticed that I could feel this electrical tingle when touching the floor with my foot. Whereas I couldn't when lying in bed. Clearly I was "grounding" the lamp in some manner when my foot is on the floor. (I dismantled the plug afterwards and although there is no earth wire, this isn't required provided there is sufficient insulation on the product. I presume the insulation has failed?)Needless to say I cannot recommend for the above reason.I wouldn't recommend overlooking this safety concern, but otherwise:Echoing other reviews, the base wasn't quite flat, so slightly wobbly.Nevertheless, the lamp looks fairly good in my opinion. Decent touch-sensitivity and lighting.
