Quise intentar ya que normalmente tomo Concerta 18mg pero por dificultad financiera no he podido comprarla.He notado que es una buena opcion para esos momentos en que no tienes tu receta usual, personalmente diria que no es tan intenso el efecto como al tomar Concerta. Pero si ayuda bastante.Normalmente, sin nada, me cuesta despertar por la mañana y empezar mi dia en general. Por más café que tome, me cuesta muchisimo poner atencion en alguna tarea o reunion del trabajo. Me siento adormilada todo el tiempo.Pero con este suplemento, he sentido que me ayuda a no tener sueño durante el día y estar alerta y enfocada en mi trabajo y poder hacer cosas en casa.Tambien me pasa, (a veces) no me deja dormir por la noche. Pero cuando siento que me voy a acostar y no tengo sueño, me ayudo con melatonina.Empeze tomando la dosis sugerida, 2 capsulas. Por la mañana. Pero ahora tomo solo 1, en la mañana. En caso que necesite, tomo otra luego de almorzar. En general, me funciono muy bien. Lo recomiendo.

I started taking two pills in the mornings before work and by 2-3pm I have been crashing everyday. Extremely tired. Napping in the afternoon and going to bed early. I will tweak my dosage to one pill around Noon and see how it goes. Perhaps these are too strong for me. Will update later on the 1x strategy.
