Great Variety, Be Real About Expectations
Ordering a set like this should have realistic expectations. The cards that came in the box were from series between Revised (3rd) Edition and all series released in 2024. Included were mythic, limited release, a large number of foils, and a handful of artist rendering cards. The realist parts, some cards are not perfect. Rarities are well percentaged, duplicates do NOT exceed four that is allowed in normal play, no favor toward any color or artifacts, and many duplicate cards are legit from different sets like year editions or Chronicles and Fallen Empires. Specific card value is not major, you won't get that Mox or 'eliminate all' sorcery that is valued exceptionally high but what is there is variety. Don't get bummed out when going through, some of the cards I received had minor bends at a corner as the cards are shipped loosely in a single, long box designed to hold cards, just not snuggly. I'd order again.

Gambit's Dream Deal! Throwaway Cards!
The media could not be loaded. So, I decided to get back into magic after 25 years. I figured there was a lot to catch up on. So why not buy a box of common cards for 20 bucks? Seems logical, right? You get eras of magic in just one box. However, I soon discovered this was how you sell wallpaper. I got hundreds of lands that don't produce mana or enter the battlefield tapped. The coolest one was "evolving wilds". Which they gave me nearly one-hundred of. It has been a long time since I played, and I wanted to make sure the rules haven't changed a ton. Turns out, you can only have four of any non-basic land. I know. It shocked me, as well. These fellas want me to make 25 decks from this set!! The only problem is that nearly everything else was a duplicate over 20. If only a fifth of the cards had been cards I could use more than four of, I could build a deck that used mana on the first two turns (who would want that?), I would have likely had a more useful deck building opportunity by asking a card shop to let me have the cards they were throwing away. There's still a chance that I'm a mutant with the ability to charge cards with energy, though. Charles is taking his sweet time with it, though. Oh and here is the count of cards. Thank goodness most of them are worth two cents, or it would have been a bad investment. Anybody need ninety Evolving Wilds? I will give you a deal.... Have realistic expectations and you will be surprised by how good it actually is
Yeah there are doubles and triples even quadruples of the same card but it's a gamble in the first place. I definitely got a good box with great variety. I didn't expect amazing or expensive cards, I expected a decent selection of cheap cards and I got much better stuff than I expected and for 22 dollars it's an amazing deal. So who cares if you get 20 evolving wilds if you got 30 decent usable cards it's worth it in my opinion.

Expect way too many duplicates
Let me first start by saying I bought from this seller once before and was pleased with my purchase, which is why I bought another box. However, I was displeased with this purchase for one reason: the amount of duplicates. Don't get me wrong, I wasn't expecting anything but bulk product; however, the amount of duplicates I received is absurd. If you asked me how many unique cards were placed in the box, I would be surprised if there were even 100 unique cards. Nearly the entire box itself was all from one set that notably was considered an unpopular set among players. Even for 1v1 formats, you can only use 4 copies of any one card, rendering a massive portion of this collection functionally useless. The store claims this product is an instant collection. It would seem the seller and I have a different understanding of the word "collection." I suppose if you like collecting as many copies of Broken Bond as you can then this product will be sufficient. I suspect most players do not fit that description - I certainly don't - and would be just as frustrated. There are 30 years of collectable history in Magic the Gathering spanning over 150 sets. If this is meant to be a collection - even just a bulk collection - I would suggest the store not try to offload every copy of Broken Bond into one box.

As expected in my opinion
While I will start off by saying I am by no means an “expert” in these cards, but do have years of experience with them to the point I know quite a bit about them. Seeing this item on amazon it did catch my attention and thought that it wasn’t too bad of a risk considering it is only $27 for the bulk of 1000 cards with it stating there is rares and foils. I did have a bit of hope thinking that there was a fairly good chance of getting some good cards even if it was only a small chunk of change, but I will say I was feeling fairly good about being right with my doubts. I went through the first 3/4 of the box without finding a single card that was higher rarity than a rare, and once I did manage to find one, the majority of them were duplicates. Even the “Rares/Foils” that were separate from the rest of the package had included lands. which I did not personally like, and there was not even a single mythic. Over all it is about 10 gold rarity cards, 50-75 silver rarity, 0 mythic rarity, and 900 common cards/lands. Mind you everything is from around 2018 and up, nothing older and majority from 2022-2023
