Excellent Product
Installed the four 100 watt panels on the roof of my travel trailer and was surprised on how well they did. At one point in the day I got 404 watts out of the four panels wired in a 2s2p configuration, very impressed on the performance.

Cheap and cheerful, top performing panels
First thing I did when these arrived was plug them into my Bluetti battery, one at a time, this was later in the day, but both were showing 80W on the battery, this is a good start because the conditions were far from ideal.Next day, I fitted them to my BougeRV adjustable stand, on a homemade wooden trolley, as the photo shows, and connected them in parallel, then plugged in, 140W from early in the day, that's a very good result, they typically then managed around 175W in relatively hazy conditions, if you get the occasional cloud, you might witness 'cloud edge effect', this can get them to over 200W when connected as a pair, but in general in full sun I get at least 160W for most of the day, they will peak at 180W a couple of hours around midday, but definitely the average in Southern California is 160W from 10am to 4pm, during winter and of course longer during the height of the summer, peaking at around 10+ hours at an average 160W.My trolley stand does allow me to follow the sun, which is a major benefit, value for money these are incomparable, at $0.50 per unit of electricity, and generating between 1 and 1.6 units a day, payback is easily going to be achieved in less than a year.I love these panels so much, I've now got a total of 10, all producing enough to mean my electricity bill for a 4-bed house, with me working at home on computers all day, is around $40 a month, excellent.

Great for Solar generators - EcoFlo River
Bought these to experiment with my EcoFlow River - after watching quite a few reviews on YouTube of the various 100w panels this brand seemed like the best mix of quality and price.Once they arrived I was not disappointed - I can use just one panel, or put them in parallel ( with an additional cable ) to use together. I do not have them mounted and just bring them out and lean them against the house on sunny days.Overall heavier than the Ecoflow foldable panel, but less expensive. Because they are in a frame they can me propped up easily and stay where I put them. The company ran a special about a week after I bought them and they were easy to contact, and did not ignore me. They did give me a little credit to match the special they were running. Overall they seemed easy to work with and reasonable.I am really happy with the quality, and the amount of energy I can get out of the panels when it is sunny. Of course the entire panel has to be in the sun, outside and not shaded for best results. The ecoflow will show you how much power is being produced and you can optimize the placement and angle to get the best results for your location.

Cheapest per watt, works
These were the most cost effective solar panels available on Amazon I think. That may be different when you read this but currently I think it's the case. I bought 4 during covid, then bought another 4 recently. They are all rated for 100 Watts, with a very small difference in open circuit voltage. All panels checked out and landed within open circuit voltage listed on the panels. Connected with 15 foot bougerv solar wires and connectors into 2 MPPT controllers. Wired in series I believe. Can't remember right now. With properly rated wire between the controllers and the battery, we are still getting 5 - 600 watts out of this setup, max. I expected much closer to 800. We are going to try a series/parallel setup next to see if we can get closer to the 100 watt value of each panel.I'm not disappointed with them. They are cheap solar panels. If you have a premium of space - buy nicer ones. I knocked off a star for the lackluster performance. I will come back later if the series/parallel setup proves out to be much more efficient but I doubt it. That being said - they didn't come with mounting brackets so figure that into your cost. They are very light but seem well made. I have no complaints at this time, based on my expectations. It's just that under load they don't perform at 100 watts with my specific setup. Install was done with an electrical engineer, so I have no doubts they are properly wired up.

I am a repeat customer of HQST because they make great panels
Three years ago, I purchased two HQST 100 Watt monocrystalline solar panels for my solar-powered shed. Now that I'm using more power in the shed, I wanted to add four more panels and a few more deep cycle batteries to handle the additional loads. The original two HQST panels I purchased have held up to the heat of summer, very cold winters with snow load, hail, and just about everything nature could throw at them. They're still working great, which is why I wanted four more HQST panels to add to the power plant.I note that the quality of build of these panels has not changed over the three years since I last purchased them. That is to say they are well built. The MC4 connectors are industry standard and properly polarized. In my case, I'm running two sets of three panels in series then parallelling the two sets then running them into a 60 Amp MPPT charge controller to charge a 12 V battery bank comprised of six 6 Volt, 230 Ah golf cart batteries. My batteries are usually fully charged by noon. According to my charge controller, these panels are putting out full-rated power as I'm seeing between 40 and 50 Amps (what I would expect to see) into the batteries from my six panels.I've been very pleased with HQST panels and, if I need more, I'll be certain to buy from HQST again. I highly recommend these panels.
