Wish it would have worked for me.
I have taken regular vitamin D for a few years now but after taking this I broke into hives for nearly a week. Perhaps it is because of the potency when taking it as a spray.

AMAZING! GREAT ABSORPTION! GREAT LAB RESULTS!
I ordered this through a catalog company and wanted to leave my review on here for Amazon Shoppers as well. I have Crohns and I have always had low Vitamin D levels in addition to absorption problems. My GI Dr. prescribed me 50,000 i.u 2x a week in addition to the 5,000 i,u a day I was already taking. I had a 2 point change over 3 months. Then I found Instavit. I stopped my 50,000 and did the spray 2x a day and my Vitamin D number 3 months later was with in normal range. If you have a hard time absorbing pills I STRONGLY recommend the Instavit line of vitamins. It has been a life saver for me!! This one tasted like a sweet citrus mix.

I bought this as well as the Immune Strength by this company because I wanted to try them out. I was going for Vitamin D shots(ouch) because I am so deficient in Vitamin D. I stopped going for shots but still needed something to supplement with. This D3 supplement tastes so good that you don't mind taking it.
