Perfect charging cable for my phone stand
I use this cable to charge my phone in its stand in my home office. It has a strong attraction and attatches itself automatically when I put my phone in its stand. It is also a data cable and allows me to transfer files from the phone, which is a great addition as I did not see this mentioned in the cable details. The cable is nice and long and teh braided cover makes it feel like a sturdy product.

Never thought I’d be thrilled by charging cables but here I am??
I was looking for a right-angle charging cord and came across this, 2 cords with magnetic micro-USB and USB-C tips. I never knew this existed, and it’s great since micro-USB is slowly being replaced by USB-C. The magnet allows the cord to swivel, and the tips are surprisingly useful for leaving in a device, so you can disconnect and reconnect with just the magnet.I like the shiny silver cord, and the blue LED lets you know the other end is plugged in. The tips are very magnetic, so they stick together and won’t get lost as easily. The cord (without a tip) is also very magnetic so I can put it on the side of my desk. The tips work best on devices with flush USB ports (pic #4). For recessed USB ports & phone cases, you’ll want to consider if there is room for the circular plug, and how hard it might be to unplug the tip. In pic #5, the micro-USB tip was a lot harder to unplug on the left than the USB-C tip on the right. But at least they both fit.Overall, I’m really happy with the quality of the cords, and the company is kind of cute (“Let’s connect happily!”). I even like the flat cardboard box. I don’t need anything more I can’t throw in the recycling. (The headphone covers are by Geekria. I’m going to have to keep that Kleenex box for a while.)

These cords are exactly what you're looking for ..."Stop stabbing your rechargeable!" is a selling point used for every adaptation of these style cords. This particular set does everything you want:1. Allows for data transfer over devices (tablets, laptops, smart phones, digital cameras, etc.).4 Fast/Adaptive Fast Charging cable. If this is what you're looking for, this is the best package for the price.Stop contemplating and just pull the trigger on that buy.

Will prevent or delay wearing out the charging port on the device
Having received two cords each with two plugs, I used this for my Android phone and Kindle. I expect this to prevent the wearing out of the outlet on my devices. I don't have an I-phone.... but if you do ensure you shop for a magnetic connector with an I-phone plug.

Good 7-contact magnetic cable
These work well with other 7-contact cables/tips, like NetDot Gen12 and Cafele. They have a durable nylon braided sheath and are capable of QC/PD operation as well as fast data transfer (≥480Mbit/s).One lesson I've learned, especially with respect to QC/PD devices, is to be careful that the tip mates up straight and does not slide across the end of the cable as it makes contact. Some chargers will trip their internal port protection if the tip shorts out momentarily. It's probably best to mate the magnetic tip before plugging the USB connector into the power source.

Pretty awesome, until...
Great product. But I'm on week four and one of the two usb-c adapters, a little metal ring around it broke and does not work now.
