Erin's Diary: An Official Derry Girls Book

Lisa McGee lets us in on Erin's psyche.It starts as a small prologue for season 1 and it follows all the events until the end of season 2.Meanwhile we get access to some little big secrets that only Erin knows of. Although she isn't aware of some of these.It's a beautiful, clever book. A very funny read with a lot of heart, some revelations and foreshadowing for hopefully plenty more stories to come.Thank you Lisa McGee for giving us these awesome characters and stories. Please keep up the great work. We need more of these characters. And hopefully we'll get Erin's Diary part II.PS: There's no story with only two acts, so yeah, maybe even a part III. xD

I love Derry girls, so was so excited for Erins diary! however it’s not what I expected, i thought it was a full diary book that would give me a couple of days read and lots of laughter, however the layout is more like a book aimed at early teens. with lots of pictures and short paragraphs.It’s still an ok book, finished in around an hour.

Got as a christmas gift and it went down a treat. Very funny and if you enjoy the Derry Girls television show, you will enjoy this book !

A welcome tie in to the excellent Derry Girls TV series. Funny, poignant and superbly written. Re-live the eventful & often hilarious adventures of Erin & Co. An ideal gift for anyone who loves the TV show.
