Excellent product. I cut the gummy in half because 5 mcg is a bit too much for me. A half of a gummy is just right for me to wake up after 8 hours sleep and feel alert. I’d probably sleep past noon if I had the whole gummy. My sensitivity might be due to my size. Folks probably metabolize differently.If it helps to know…I’m 129 lb. on the petite side.

First night taking these & my 5 year old had an accident :(They did work tho . She went to sleep ,Which she never has accidents :(
