Fantastic product
I have been suffering terrible leg cramps at night. Have tried magnesium and was not working. Research suggested that low potassium or general electrolyte imbalance may be the problem. As this product has high level of potassium anlong with magnesium and other minerals I thought I would try it and the cramps have gone.I mix with fresh lemon juice and a bit of ground ginger. Makes for a pleasant night cap.

This is actually really good for maintaining/improving hydration and health
So i normally dont write reviews because its a bit of a hassle and i dont normally have anything to say that other reviews havent mentioned. But i want to say this cause the amount of 1 stars because they dont like the "flavor" is very frustrating to me. this is a health supplement. it is not a candy or a dessert. it doesnt need to taste good in my opinion, it does need to be tolerable so u can consume it but that's it. I dont drink this for fun. this is supposed to be a drink for health concious adults and or people with potassium deficiencies or active lifestyles. its not meant to appeal to a child's taste buds which some of you seem to have, cause otherwise why rate the entire product a 1 star cuz u think it doesnt taste enough like the gatorade u drank in middle school?Ahem, As far as electrolyte powders go this is one of THE best u can get. it has high potassium, an absolutely critical nutrient for the body that most people just dont get enough of and as someone who tries to mainline as many veggies as she can (but is not a fan of avocados) i still cant get as much potassium as I need or should. esp since now im in the process of doing muscle building exercises, i need that extra energy and hydration more than ever. I'm so glad I found this. the flavor is fine! It's not super tasty but i dont need it to be? I dont love the way protein powders taste or the way chia seeds or flax taste but i take them regularly in my meals or drinks because they make my body feel good and improve my overall health. if you are a grown up you should be able to deal with your health food not being the best tasting thing. I dont think either Raspberry Lemon or Tangerine taste bad at all but I do prefer Tangerine to the other flavor and I switched to tangerine as soon as it came out, its just much milder and plays better with the other things i like to mix into my electrolyte drink (either low sugar kombucha, probiotic sodas, sparkling water, zevia or just pure lemon juice). The best way to mitigate what might be an unfavorable flavor is to just dilute it with other drinks like i do, even if it is only lemon juice, it will help take away abit of the after taste that i know many people dislike. basically if u are finding it really hard to handle the taste, consider trying some diff things to help that instead of just putting powder to water and expecting it to taste like Tang. Just a tinge more effort can create alot more pleasantness in your health routines I find. Now as for the product itself. What I love about this aside from it being good at what its supposed to do, it pulls alot of its nutrients from citrates and NOT chlorides. whenever ur looking at these kinds of electrolytes especially calcium and potassium u want to avoid the chlorides. i am not a doctor so rather than give details why i would encourage everyone to do some research on the topic themselves (make sure ur sources are reliable ofc). You can compare this to other powders and see how it rates a cut above them in terms of its potassium content, its general nutrient profile and ingrediants. and I can tell u this, any flavored powder u buy will have a funky taste. some might be more tolerable to u than others. but there's no electrolyte powder thats going to taste like a yummy soft drink, so when deciding what kind is best for you, please think about them in terms of which will most help you reach whatever health goals you are striving for. for me this drink absolutely does what i need it to do and i make sure to drink a bit of it every single day.Ahem, If I have one complaint its that I wish there was more options in terms of package size/volume and also that the powder dissolves a little more easily. if i stick it in a blender or a shaker bottle when making the drink i have no issues but when im just using a spoon...there's always just a few tiny stubborn clumps remaining. im not sure if this is a big concern or not but its worth bringing up imo. hopefully this review is helpful to people who are actually looking for a good electrolyte powder and not some kind of low calorie replacement for their favorite soda.

Second jar
Bought first jar used as it said. I had been having leg cramps. It seemed to help a little bit. But as I used the jar later on I noticed I was getting muscle spasm in my feet and the tendon in my lower leg. This caused me to have to get up and walk around to get rid of this. I also had my fingers go stiff and I could not bend them. I had no idea what caused this. I finished the first jar. I ordered the second jar and by the time I got it all my symptoms were gone. Again I did not know why. I started the second jar and right away it all came back again. I quit using it at that point. I never had the problem since I quit using it . I still have an almost full jar and will never use it again. I can only tell you what happend to me. It may be good for others, but if you feel these symptoms after using it. Stop and see for yourself.
