Quality Playhouse / Lots of Fun!
Purchased this for my 2.5 year old. I did a lot of research beforehand and really found this to be the best wooden playhouse in terms of quality for the cost. We are very pleased! I built it alone and it took under 30 minutes to assemble. Conveniently, the screws were all separated and labeled. The interior measures 42"x42". I built a 4'x7' platform for it to sit on so that it could have a "porch" as well. The photos are taken in front of a 6' fence. So, while we have to duck, the house is large enough for (2) 5'2" adults to sit while a 2.5 yr old plays. It doesn't have a lot of bells & whistles, but we picked up a small kitchen to put inside it and, so far, it's a huge hit with the kiddo!

Overpriced.
Cute but way overpriced. Very soft wood, appears to be pine, and the boards are thin. The exterior dimensions provided include the overhang on the roof. The actual exterior footprint at the base is 46"x46". It was extremely easy to put together. With two people, it took us less than 20 minutes to build.We built a platform base with a 4'x4' piece of half-inch plywood and some pressure-treated 2x4s. The kids love it.
