Easy, quick, efficient.
Excellent quick protein supplement to toss in my gym bag for post workout supplementation. I went a bit further to assess this as a main supplement and supplemented 3x/day for the past month. The result was great but I'm looking for more variety now. I was able to easily meet my macros with this but for month 2 I am reducing to just 1 per day while adding in various other protein supplements.

Difficult to open
These are great! My only complaint is that the bottles are extremely difficult to open. I have to use a knife or scissors to get the wrapper off, it’s bad enough that I decided to come here and tell you about it lol.

Never Two Day Shipping Like Advertised
It’s good but they always deliver late. Every single time it says 2 day shipping but is always delayed somehow. Third one in a row. Idk if it’s false advertising or something else but if you need something quickly, don’t trust their delivery time.
