RevellMonogram RVM4228 Revell '32 Ford 5 Window Coupe, Multi Colour

Well, I finally got my hands on this 32 deuce coupe kit and all I can say its a bit poop.Not as good as I expected.Its old and showing it.Its about time someone made a really good '32 - 5 window Ford Coupe, or better still Milner's Coupe from American Graffiti, which is the reason I bought this kit.However, it won't make a screen accurate Milner's Coupe but would look very nice with a Canary yellow paint job, even though the parts aren't the same ones used on the movie car.I'll probably de-chrome most of it as its the usual 'orrible nasty- looking, tacky old 'chrome' on the shiney bits and windscreen surround etc.I use caustic soda solution for de-chroming, its nasty stuff and smelly but it works great.There are videos on YT showing other ways to de-chrome model parts but as usual they're American, therefore use Murican chemicals that you can't get here in this green and not so pleasant corrupt Tory government ruled land or land of hope and........not much else really (UK).

Good model with xtra pieces to make it a fully fendered version . I went without fenders and a nice yellow with the bigger engine ( which you got choice as well ) just watch the prices as they go up and down often , I got mine quite cheap

Great kit as there are multiple options, almost enough to build two cars-just need another chassis & body. The quality of the mouldings is good,crisp with little or no flash. Good value for money, well worth it.
