Excellent product
This is a very high quality hose. When they say it is just as pliable in cold weather they weren't joking -20 and you couldn't even tell on the hose. I wish i had bought this sooner.

Great air hose! Stays super soft even in 35-40 degree weather in northern nevada. Would buy it again!

No customer support
Purchased this hose in Oct. 2016 it already has a bubble in the hose where it's leaking air internally. Tried to contact Blubird through their website for a warranty issue email address on there web site is undeliverable! Looking for information to warranty this product ?

GARBAGE FROM A COMPANY LOCATED IN INDIA *****UPDATE FOLLOWING INITIAL REVIEW*****
This hose failed after 3 days. A large bubble appeared at the end of the hose near the plastic sleeve before the coupler. Complete garbage. Oh but wait, it has a 10 year warranty!! Maybe after you send your email to India and wait for a response. DO NOT BUY!!!UPDATE****RMX Rubber emailed me following my initial review and sent me a replacement hose and a bonus hose to try. I already threw out the old defective hose and replaced it with a yellow Goodyear air hose that I've used in the past that held up well. I have to say that RMX Rubber stepped up to the plate and did right by a customer by offering the replacement without me having to jump through hoops. Thank you RMX Rubber!!
