Pet Accoustics Ultra Calmer Canine Stress Relief Sonic Collar

I am a dog trainer and used this for two separate behavioral cases. In one case I had a dog that got extreme separation anxiety when I left the house to the point where he was barking and panting the entire day. I put this on him and immediately he didn't bark once....not once! When I returned home he didn't even hear me come in he was so relaxed and sleeping. In another case I was working with a dog who had severe reactivity towards other dogs. This dog would get vocal barking, crying with hackles up and try to lunge at the other dog. I used a training head collar and this collar and reactivity was severely reduced. Dog whined a little bit passing another dog but otherwise remained much more focused and calm. I would have given this 5 stars but it only has a battery life of 3 hours which is why I only gave it four starts. Otherwise great product! I'm ordering another one of these and can see this being a very useful tool in my training cases!

I have had this collar for about 3 years. My dog has separation anxiety and noise induced anxiety. I have always found this collar to work well for him, much better than a thunder vest, at least for him. Prior to being on medication for anxiety this collar would help him to be easier consoled and now that he is on anxiety medication once I put this collar on he simply just finds a quiet place and goes lays down.

My dog suffers from severe noise phobias. Nothing I've ever used in the past has worked. But, after using this on my dog today during a thunderstorm, I am amazed! It only took a few minutes to see the results. Normally, during a storm, she pants and paces, and nothing we did would calm her down. It was heart breaking. However, after just a few minutes of wearing this device, she is resting peacefully at my feet (and has been for about 40 minutes now!). I am amazed, and would highly recommend this to anyone whose dog has similar anxieties. It was super simple to operate, too. You just turn it on and raise or lower the volume.

My dog is SO much better with this! She normally howls constantly when we leave, whether it's 5 minutes or 5 hours- she is howling non-stop (we have security cameras & know this confidently). With this collar, she whines/whimpers for about 5 minutes after we leave & then lays down and sleeps until we come home. It's AMAZING!!

We have tried everything with our dog and this has helped the most. We have been using it the last couple of months and I can't say she is completely calm while wearing it but she will lie down and stop pacing. Nothing else we tried did any good at all. This collar is definitely worth a try.

Omgawsh excellent product! My dog Buddy is a rescue dog I adopted him at 8 yrs old and he has insecurities and abandonment issues so I tried this and wow.... it even makes me calm too lol I recommend this if u have nervousness in your dog or for stressful times like thunder or what have u...

I was very skeptical but this was PERFECT for my dog who is sound sensitive. We use it when she gets stressed and it takes the edge off. Totally worth my investment.

The first day I left the Ultra Calmer on my 14 1/2 year old Jack Russell, I returned to find him sleeping comfortably. He has suffered from separation anxiety as he has aged and I've tried A LOT of calming treats. Usually, I come home to a distraught, howling dog with poop on the floor. NOT TODAY...YAY! The instructions are pretty vague, esp. directions for using the USB cable, but I figured it out after a few days. The music played for over four hours too! I'm so happy I've found something that really works without using strong medicines and doesn't need costly re-fills. Obviously, my dog is happy too!
