Great quality, arrived on schedule. I did replace the concrete anchors with Red Head 1/2” anchors which required me to drill out the 12mm holes to full 1/2” with a 1/2” cobalt drill bit but was not a big problem. Cover looks nice not sure how long it will last but I see Amazon has a good selection of replacement covers. Would buy again. By the way I’m 81 years old and did not find this to be too big of a job to install.

The hand rail is good quality. However, had to purchase much longer bolts to secure.However, I would still buy again. Looks great, installation was easy. 5 stars.

The item does what it is supposed to do on the side of a pool very well. The trouble is in the installation. The drill bit that comes with it is not for a $60.00/$80.OO drill but you need a real rotary drill/hammer. Once you use that be ready for a real drilling work. So the item is excellent but the installation on a concrete surface is a major work.

I was hesitant to buy, but glad I did. I pitched the hardware (?) supplied & bought cement anchors (1/2” x 2.25”). Purchased 1/2” masonry bit & drilled a 2.5” hole. Vacuumed dust with shop vac. Had to drill one mounting hole slightly larger. Watch Utube videos on how to install. You can do this & it looks sharp.

My husband is disabled, and realized we need two handrails to get him in and out of the pool. Ordered the 2nd one, but put off getting installed, and finally went to install it last week (10 months after receiving it, so that part is my fault for not checking). But when we went to install it it does not match the first one I ordered at all, even though they are the exact same handrail. I guess I'll be trying to sell it to someone myself, because at this point, I can't return it. If you order two of them, be sure to open together and make sure they match.

Like the concept and adding the drill bit. Would try it again

Great hand rail, reasonably price, fairly easy to install

The pool rail is great. Sturdy, smooth installation and looks good. The hand grip cover is not great, as the stitching unraveled as we were putting it on. It will do for the rest of the summer, but we'll definitely need a new one for next year.
